Easy Change Request
We get it, sometimes plans change. Pleasant Mountain lift tickets and lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable, but if things shift, we’re happy to offer e-vouchers that you can use for another purchase in our Online Store.
2025/26 Season
Season Pass Rollover Form
In the event you did not purchase Season Pass Protection, in certain instances, we can offer a Medical Rollover credit. If you (the passholder) have been injured, relocated due to professional obligations (outside of New England), have an immediate family member pass away, or are pregnant this winter, Pleasant Mountain will consider your Medical Rollover Request.
